The school needed to be fully ready for staff and student occupancy by the first day of the school year. The site was heavily under construction, so furniture installation was phased as areas reached construction completion. Delays from construction trades required daily adjustments to keep furniture work on track. Product was received both at our warehouse and direct to site.

Time management and logistics anchored the plan, supported by close partnership with the construction team, the design firm, and the furniture dealership to coordinate sequencing and keep progress aligned with construction turnover.

Furnishings included VS, Media Technologies, Fomcore, Sit On It, Doane Keyes, Diversified Spaces, Enwork, JSI, and Scholar Craft.

Completed on time and on budget. The project increased workspace efficiency and improved the overall look and feel of the learning environment. Completion deadline: no later than July 18, achieved within the project window.
