We received, delivered, and installed furnishings for the common areas of a new multi-family housing building across six floors, from the main entry and leasing area to the rooftop sky deck.

Client Needs & Challenges
We worked alongside other trades completing paint and electrical scopes during the installation. Several items were too large for the elevator and had to be disassembled for transport, then reassembled in place. Elevator access was limited and required an operator.
Approach
Time management and teamwork guided the schedule. Tasks were sequenced with on-site partners and deliveries were staged to keep the install moving.
Materials, Brands & Equipment
Furnishings included pieces from Arteriors, Tropitone, Group Lacasse, Texacraft, JSI, Four Hands, Knoll, Sandler Seating, OFS, and Fermob. Equipment used included a Lull, panel carts, and flat carts.
Results
The installation was completed in one week, half of the two weeks allocated. We also moved the temporary leasing office furnishings into the new space so staff could begin leasing from the resident building.
